| Membership Qualifications
Membership in the Association shall be limited to Dealers of Good reputation whose principal business consists of
- Buying & reselling textile by-products; or
- Buying, processing & reselling textile by-products; or
- Dealing in by-products exclusively as a commission merchant, provided such commission merchant's supply of by-products is from more than one general source.
