| Administration
The affairs of the association are conducted by a Governing Board consisting of the Officers and Directors elected by the membership pursuant to the Association's Corporate Charter and By-Laws. It maintains a business office administered by a full-time salaried Executive Secretary. Virtually all of its business activities are conducted by duly appointed Committees in coordination with its business office, subject to the direction and approval of the Governing Board.
